U.S. Domestic Shipping
MERCIFUL COLLECTIVE offers standard, express and next day delivery services within the
United States. After you’ve entered your delivery address, you will be able to see the delivery
services available.
Standard Shipping
Our team carefully packages your order in 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
Once it’s all ready to go, you can expect your package to deliver to you in 3-5 days via USPS
depending on your location. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS.
Priority Shipping $9.95
Our team prioritizes your package and gets it ready to go in 1-2 business days. Once it leaves our hands, our shipping partner works to get it to you in less than two days. Just in time for your trip, your event, or your excitement.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification to track the package to your door.
Transit times may vary based on carrier and location.
Please note that we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for business or shipping efficiency. By placing multiple orders within this period, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued due to combined shipments.

Please note: We take great care in packaging your order, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. Damaged packaging will not qualify for replacement.

MERCIFUL COLLECTIVE does not currently offer international shipping and only ships to United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship within 6-8 weeks from the order date, unless otherwise marked. If an item is purchased with an in-stock item, the entire shipment will be sent when all pieces are available. Please view our full preorder policy
